Quotations and Orders
- All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
- Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of purchase order and advance payment as agreed
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on product specifications
- Custom orders may require additional lead time
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual quotations and invoices. Standard terms include:
- Advance payment as per agreed terms
- Balance payment before dispatch or as per credit terms
- All prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise
Warranty
All our transformers come with a standard warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty terms:
- Warranty period as specified for each product category
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects only
- Warranty is void if product is misused, overloaded, or improperly installed
- Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase
Limitation of Liability
Baba Power Controls shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased.

Governing Law
